Darius Safari is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ikaze Service Rwanda, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer service and professional training. He specializes in practical skills development, ethical service delivery, and raising service standards across Rwanda’s public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Seattle Pacific University.
Ada Elyse attended Brunel University London, where she built a strong foundation in analytical and quantitative disciplines. She works as an Estimator Coordinator, specializing in quantitative surveying with an emphasis on finance, and is known for precision, financial insight, and effective coordination of complex estimating processes.
Dr. Albert LaMotte is a licensed optometrist with over 40 years of experience providing patient-centered eye care, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and clear communication. He is the author of The Family Eye Care Guide and develops digital health tools that improve access to preventive, patient-friendly eye care.
A.J. King is a training and customer service professional known for clear instruction, trust-building, and improving service quality. A.J. attended the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, developing a strong foundation in communication and leadership, and brings a practical, people-focused approach to helping teams deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
